What not to share
Do not send names, street addresses, passwords, PINs, verification codes, card or bank-account numbers, wallet addresses, identity documents or other personal or financial details. For account access, identity checks or transaction problems, contact official support in the RedotPay app.
Check fees, eligibility and supported networks in the app before acting. Crypto transfers can cause permanent loss. Follow the checks and warnings beside each funding step; stop if the asset, network or address does not match.
