Ask the Guide is an independent AI guide using this website and RedotPay information. It is not official RedotPay support. Answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Check current requirements and account-specific issues in the RedotPay app.
Questions sent to the assistant are processed to produce an answer. On the production website, question text may also be stored for up to 90 days to improve this guide. Stored answers and full chat transcripts are not kept.
We try to remove personal details before saving question text. Obvious contact details, account numbers, wallet addresses and secrets are redacted. If a question appears to contain a street address, name or other identifying information that cannot be reliably removed, only basic question metadata is saved, without the question text. Detection is imperfect, so free-text questions are not guaranteed to be anonymous.
Saved question records include the time, language, page, topic, answer status, redaction flag and a temporary in-memory chat reference. Question records are restricted to backend access and scheduled for deletion after 90 days.
What not to share
Do not send names, street addresses, passwords, PINs, verification codes, card or bank-account numbers, wallet addresses, identity documents or other personal or financial details. For account access, identity checks or transaction problems, contact official support in the RedotPay app.
Website activity
First-party analytics record page views and actions, such as referral clicks, code copies and campaign labels. Page views are not unique visitors. The event records do not include IP addresses, user agents or visitor IDs. No third-party tracker or analytics cookie is added. A private device setting to exclude the owner's activity uses one browser-storage on/off flag, not an identifier. Preview, test and owner-excluded records are retained but excluded from the default production campaign report.
