Step-by-step guide
The steps I went through myself: registration, identity verification, funding, the virtual card, mobile wallet setup, and a first payment.

I have personally registered, completed identity verification, funded my account, obtained a virtual RedotPay card, added it to a mobile wallet, and made real payments, both online and contactless.
This guide walks through each of those stages in order. Each stage starts with what happened for me, then practical steps and the result you should see.
Registration is done with a phone number or email address. If you use my referral link, the current offer for new signups applies, subject to RedotPay's terms.
Expected result: You can sign in to the RedotPay app with your new account.
RedotPay requires identity verification before you can get a card. It involves a photo of an accepted ID document and a selfie.
My own verification was not entirely smooth: I ran into address-verification difficulties and it took some back-and-forth. Make sure the details on your document match your account details exactly, and use a clear, recent document.
Expected result: The app shows your identity verification as approved or complete.
The funding options you see depend on your account and location. I funded my account with USDT transferred from Binance, which I bought with a Maldives-issued bank card. That route cost me about 3.6–4.1% on the card deposit and 1.5 USDT on the transfer.
Your app shows the funding methods available to you. Check the fees shown at each step before confirming anything.
Expected result: The funds show in your RedotPay balance and in the transaction history.
Once verified, you can apply for a virtual card in the app. The card details are generated in the app after approval.
Before applying, make sure your account has sufficient available funds to cover the applicable card issuance fee shown in the app.
Virtual card: $10 to $8 with YUSUF; physical card: $100 to $80 with SHUNA. Save 20% on either issuance fee. Amounts in USD, subject to current RedotPay eligibility and terms.
The $5 signup reward is separate from these discounts and cannot pay either card issuance fee. This walkthrough continues with the virtual card.
Expected result: Your virtual card appears in the app, and you can view its card number, expiry date and security code.

All amounts are in USD. Promotional fees are subject to current RedotPay eligibility and terms. Check the fee shown in the app before applying.
I added my RedotPay card to a mobile wallet and have used it for contactless payments. The steps below are practical guidance for each wallet; your screens may look slightly different.
Wallet support depends on your device, region and account. If the option is not available to you, the card still works for online payments.
Expected result: The RedotPay card shows in your mobile wallet as ready to use.
I have used the card for international online payments and contactless payments. After paying, the transaction appears in the app's transaction history, which is the simplest way to confirm everything worked.
Start with a small purchase you can afford to have go wrong, and check the transaction history afterwards.
Expected result: The payment is approved and appears in the app's transaction history with the correct amount.
Check that your document details match your account details exactly, use a clear photo of a recent, valid document, and retry in good lighting. If it still fails, contact RedotPay support. I hit address-verification difficulties myself, so expect this can take persistence.
Card availability depends on verification status, region and current RedotPay terms. Complete identity verification first, then check the Card section again.
Wallet support varies by device, region and account. Try the manual method described above, and if it still fails, use the card for online payments and contact support.
Check your balance, whether the merchant accepts this type of card, and any limits shown in the app. Some merchants or categories may not work.
Trust the figures shown in the app at the moment you confirm. Fees, rates and limits change, and third-party costs can apply on top.
Stuck on a step or have a question? You can message me on Instagram or TikTok, or send an email. I'll try to point you in the right direction.
I can help explain the steps, but I'm not RedotPay or Binance customer support. For account-specific problems, verification issues, or missing funds, contact the relevant platform directly. Never share passwords, verification codes, recovery phrases, or full card details.
This guide follows steps I've personally completed. Some menu instructions are informed by RedotPay reference materials, and app screens may change.
